Natural and healthy hair growth may occur with the appropriate conditions. Every strand of your hair usually takes around 2 to 6 years before it reaches its optimum development level.

Honey

This odor may be countered through the last rinse of lemon juice combined with warm water. This also serves as a good hair conditioner.

Ayurvedic principles suggest that an individual’s diet that contains vital hair growth vitamins should also be conducive to hair growth. This is  an accepted fact that the modern medicine also supports. On the same note, consuming a lot of vitamin A in one’s diet addresses the problem of hair loss.
